The new midsole foam provides soft, lightweight and responsive cushioning for smooth transitions with every stride. The redesigned outsole, made from a combination of rubber and EVA, features a 22 mm stack height, delivering the perfect balance of protection, stability and ground feel for a more natural running experience.

The Wide Gauge Knit upper offers excellent breathability and a comfortable fit that adapts naturally to your foot. It also features a practical heel pull tab for easier entry and a redesigned flat tongue that enhances comfort and ventilation while running.

As with every Altra model, the Vanish Pulse features the brand's FootShape™ fit, allowing your toes to spread naturally, along with Altra's signature 0 mm drop, promoting better posture and a more efficient running stride.
