The Altra Lone Peak 9 for men are trail running shoes designed to tackle technical trails, rugged terrain and long mountain adventures with a combination of grip, protection, stability and natural ground feel.
This new generation features important improvements to the upper, midsole and outsole to provide greater durability, comfort and performance on mountain trails. Their construction maintains the essence of the Lone Peak family with a 0 mm drop, generous toe space and a flexible natural stride.
The Lone Peak 9 feature a 100% RPET ripstop mesh upper, designed to provide an excellent combination of durability, lightweight performance and breathability.
Its construction helps protect the foot from the bumps and abrasion commonly encountered on trails, while the mesh promotes airflow to help keep your feet fresh and comfortable during activity.
Seamless reinforcements provide additional protection in the most exposed areas and help improve the durability of the shoe.
Altra's Original FootShape™ Fit provides a wide toe box and enough midfoot space to allow your toes to spread naturally and encourage balance while running.
The GaiterTrap™ attachments also allow you to easily add Altra gaiters for additional protection against mud, rocks and other trail debris.
The traditional lacing system provides a secure midfoot fit and helps reduce internal foot movement. Rear pull tabs also make the shoes easier to put on and take off.
